We will be having an IVF orientation on December 8th, 2011. This session is required for all patients planning to participate in the January 2012 IVF cycle! The orientation is designed to educate you about the different protocols and treatments you may undergo during the upcoming IVF cycle. You will also receive your personal IVF packet. The packet includes valuable information and materials that will be essential for your treatment. A light dinner will be served. Please RSVP to the number below.
