Dear Dr. Johnson, Jo, and everyone else –

We wanted to let you know of the arrival of our twins!! It was wonderful to finally meet them, after the last few months of the pregnancy were made more challenging by gestational diabetes, early contractions, and mild pregnancy induced hypertension. Fortunately everyone was healthy, and now they are growing well (both were over 6 pounds by their one month checkup).

We wanted to thank you all for everything you did to help make these two little blessings happen! It was a long, hard road, and we were getting to our last hope of ever having children. Thank you so much for your professionalism, persistence, honest encouragement, and great skill in this difficult process. Even if the outcome had been different, we still would have been very satisfied with the treatment we received. Thankfully though, we were finally granted our little miracles, and now are enjoying the many challenges of parenthood!
