Assessing your fertility is a growing trend in the marketplace, so much so that you can now order a kit online and have a report generated and mailed to you for what they claim is a fraction of the price at your local fertility clinic.
Not true. At Overlake Reproductive Health we offer a Fertility Snapshot at roughly the same price as the anonymous online retailers. Plus, our fertility assessment comes with an ultrasound performed by either a Board Certified MD or a nurse practitioner specializing in infertility. At present, it’s still impossible to receive that exam online.
And while we believe the Fertility Snapshot is a great idea, especially for women in their 30s, we won’t tell you to do it every year. That’s unnecessary. Every couple of years will suffice.

The Fertility Snapshot at Overlake Reproductive Health is an assessment of a woman’s current reproductive potential that includes the following:
• Blood work: AMH, LH*, FSH*, E2*
• Ultrasound to assess antral follicle count (AFC)
• Summary report of results reviewed under MD supervision
*unless on hormonal birth control
Our cost is $249. And if you do have a low ovarian reserve and choose to take action, you’ll already be a patient at ORH and under the best fertility care the Pacific Northwest has to offer.
